Building services are often hidden under false floors or above false ceilings; pipework is somtimes buried in the building fabric or within seemingly looking satisfactory insulation.
RSA will examine and report on the condition of pipework, ductwork and installed equipment. A thorough understanding of the existing installation will often assist in designing its replacement or refurbishment.
