Senior Professional MEP Chartered Engineers - Chartered Engineers, qualified by degree, with a minimum of 10 years project design, supervision and contract experience. RSA Senior Partner is Fellow of CIBSE and member of
Professional MEP Engineers incl. Electrical Design Engineers - Working under supervision of RSA Senior Team to undertake analytical calculations, design, supervise and run projects. Qualified by degree and working towards becoming chartered in association with respective professional institution via CIBSE or IET by following agreed development paths. Training to provide energy and sustainability assessment services, BREEAM and low/zero carbon design solutions.
Graduate Engineers - Graduate engineers follow a structured learning and development path to advance their academic, application and practical knowledge within the RSA MEP design team environment.
CAD Manager - Qualified to ONC level and with an extensive knowledge and experience of CAD and RSA document control processes. Broad knowledge of project design requirements and supervision of staff.
CAD Technicians - Qualified or working towards ONC level. Span of experience in the production of 2D and 3D Building Information Models and the integration of all services into complex buildings under the supervision of CAD Manager and RSA design engineers.
Quality Manager - IRCA certificated Lead Quality Auditor and working towards becoming a Chartered Quality Professional. LEAN training and project experience.
Administrative Team - Qualification and experience to cover all support services including finance.
